Pipamoka, WACACO's pressure-brew coffee maker, allows you to brew a full cup of coffee in two minutes. SPECIALTY COFFEE SHOTS can be achieved with the Picopresso, WACACO's portable espresso maker. The Pipamoka all-in-one nomadic coffee maker allows you to brew and drink from a single device. Its patented construction and innovative twisting mechanism generate vacuum pressure inside the mug, creating a suction force that draws hot water downwards through the coffee grounds. This vacuum pressure brewing method enables the Pipamoka to consistently brew a full-flavored cup of coffee in about two minutes.

To use the Pipamoka, simply fill the water chamber, drop the coffee basket into it, and let it sink to the bottom. Then, turn the ring to create the vacuum pressure that draws the water down through the grounds. When the water chamber has fully risen, remove the brewer, add the lid, and enjoy a hot coffee for hours.

The stainless steel micro-filter of the Pipamoka is reusable, meaning there is no excess waste from one-time-use paper filters. The fine mesh filter has a 250μm size. The Pipamoka does not heat up the water, and the brew ratio is similar to standard drip or infusion methods, close to 1:15 (1 g of coffee ground for 15 mL of water). WACACO recommends using a medium to medium-fine grind for optimal brewing performance.
